What can be included
General cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors and high-touch surfaces.
Not automatically included
Carpet shampooing, oven deep cleans, external windows, waste removal or hazardous cleaning - available only if separately confirmed.
Access and keys
We agree access arrangements in writing. Keys are handled under a documented process and returned when a service ends.
Your responsibilities
Provide safe access, disclose relevant hazards, and let us know of anything requiring special care.
Products and equipment
Confirmed per job. Where products are provided by you, we'll follow your preferences.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Notice periods and any charges are set out in your service agreement.
